Gift Wrap Freebie #26: red, white and blue

Does the name of this freebie give you a feeling of déjà vu?

Are you thinking "Didn't you already post red, white and blue papers?"

Well, I did post red, white and blue papers, but they were designed completely different. They were also diagonal papers, but they were shiny papers.

All of the downloads #21-40 are non-shiny papers, indicated by the NS in the file name. The whites are white, not off white and the colors are brighter, less shiny.
